One of the oldest universities in Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has 18 Faculties, one Postgraduate School, and one Vocational School. UGM is located at the Bulaksumur Yogyakarta Campus.
Yogyakarta is one of the cities on Java island in Indonesia, an important centre for classical Javanese culture but also a growing modern city as an education centre in Indonesia.
