LUISS Guido Carli University, Italy

LUISS is a private University located near the historical centre of Rome. It was founded by a group of entrepreneurs in 1974 and is currently considered one of the most prestigious Italian institutions of higher education. Specialising in the fields of business, finance, law and political science, the University is home to a student body of approximately 7600, spread across four campuses, each with its own design.

Rome is the capital of Italy, as well as the fourth most populous city in the European Union. With over 2700 years of history, it has been called 'The Eternal City' and is famous for its collection of artwork and monuments. Its historic centre is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and in 2016 Rome was ranked as the 13th most visited city in the world due to its panoramic views and artistic treasures.
