The degree programme qualifies you to teach technology subjects in secondary
schools. In Scotland, these currently include Craft & Design, Practical
Craft Skills, Product Design, Technological Studies and Graphic Communication.
Your teaching qualification will also be recognised elsewhere in the
UK and in some European countries. The degree is an integrated programme
of study, which combines technology and design courses with educational
studies, craft skills, periods of school experience and industrial placement
over a four year Honours programme.
