Our Student Helpers can help you with any registration and enrolment questions you may have, or escalate issues if required. To chat to a Student Helper, log on to the UofG Helpdesk and click on the chat bubble icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Online chat is available 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, submit an online help request and a Student Helper will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
