Services and Operations Management
The Services and Operations Management Cluster seeks to understand how to manage change, innovate and create value within operations and organisational systems. It aims to add value to systems that transform resources, driving innovation in science, technology, engineering and management. It conducts interdisciplinary research in manufacturing, telecommunications, health care and the financial and third sectors using archival research, modelling, testing and application-based tools. Members collaborate with other leading researchers, policy makers and professionals, as well as industry, commerce, government and the third sector.
