Course description

This course challenges Honours students to work as small teams of consultants on a strategic marketing case developed in collaboration with an MNE client (i.e., a multinational enterprise).

Aim

The overall aim of the course is to develop the students’ ability to apply scientific marketing knowledge to the solution of a strategic marketing challenge faced by a large international business.

Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course students will  be able to:

  1. apply academic marketing knowledge to the solution of practical strategic challenges faced by international corporations.
  2. develop innovative solutions within constraints set by an external client.
  3. professionally present their own solutions to external businesses partners
  4. work constructively in teams under time pressure and solve potential conflicts within the team.
  5. use project management software to organize individual task as part of a group project
