Annual Progress Reviews
Annual Progress Review (APR) forms are accessed by:
- students via a link on MyCampus
- academics via a link on the Staff homepage.
Access to the APR online system will be available from March and APR reviews and outcomes should be completed by the end of May.
What happens next?
- Each School will invite current full/part time students to complete their APRs according to their own timetable (please look out for notices from your School Administrators).
- Await an email invitation to complete your review and follow the link to the APR system.
- Follow your School Administrator's guidelines for timing on completing the review.
- Students already registered as thesis pending are not required to have an APR. Your School Administrators will provide a link to complete a pre-populated Thesis Pending Review Form.

First year PGRs
Please ensure the following mandatory courses are completed ahead of the APR:
- PGR Research Integrity
- Introduction to Research Data Management for PGRs
- Diversity in the Workplace
- Information Security Awareness
- Introduction to GDPR
Record of Supervision
- Record of Supervision Report - should be completed monthly.
- Tier 4/Student Visa Holders should also submit monthly engagement forms via UofG Helpdesk
