Student Records

The Student Records Team are located in the Fraser building. We are responsible for supporting the delivery of core Registry business processes through the operation of relevant corporate student systems and co-ordination of related administrative processes.

Our areas of responsibility include:

  • Registration account access notification (AAN) process
  • Withdrawal process in MyCampus
  • Data exchanges between MyCampus and other information systems
  • Operation of the Campus Card system
  • Correction of duplicate student records
  • Changes of form of study for students on outgoing student mobility/work placement schemes
  • Batch production of Higher Education Achievement Reports for graduation
  • Student Loans Company registration confirmation process
