Lynn Renfrew is a Chartered Accountant and senior financial services leader with more than 28 years’ experience across audit, corporate services, tax, legal entity control and liquidity reporting. A graduate of the University of Glasgow, Lynn began her career with Wyllie and Bisset Chartered Accountants before building a long-standing career in Financial Services, where she has held senior leadership roles across different areas of Finance.

Lynn is currently an Executive Director in Liquidity Reporting, responsible for specialist regulatory reporting and compliance with UK and German requirements. She previously led the Glasgow Tax Department, overseeing operational delivery, strategic initiatives, global tax risk oversight and reporting obligations across EMEA and the United States.

Throughout her career, Lynn has demonstrated strong governance, judgement and delivery discipline, with a proven ability to lead complex processes, manage regulatory and control environments, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders across global organisations.

Lynn brings a strong combination of financial expertise, strategic oversight, risk awareness and collaborative leadership. She is highly organised, thorough and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage complex priorities, maintain robust controls and contribute sound judgement in senior governance and decision-making environments.
