Session 2020/21 Timetable
Due to the impact of Covid-19 there has been some changes to the timetabling process for the coming session. Please see the below links for further explanation of these changes.
Any courses not running in session 2020/21 should be withdrawn from PIP so that they do not appear as an option to students.
The Lecture Recording feature has been split into Audio and Video Recording. More information on the correct way to add these features to events is available in the Equipment and Features FAQ.
We have created a series of CMIS Training Videos covering core CMIS functionality.
Some rooms have been designated for use as a study space for students this semester. The Study and Teaching Spaces 2020-21 lists these, as well as the rooms that are available for use as teaching rooms.
The Space Management and Timetabling Team supports timetabling and non-teaching room bookings for centrally supported teaching rooms, the main halls and committee rooms. We work closely with Lead School/RI Timetablers.
