The Policy and Process documents for the 2026/27 academic year have been published, which explain the Roles & Responsibilities of those involved in the process.
For the 2026/27 academic year, timetabling in Schools will be supported by named Points of Contact, who are responsible for liaising with the SMTT and co-ordinating related activities with the College or School.
The Space Management and Timetabling Team supports timetabling and non-teaching room bookings for centrally supported teaching rooms, the main halls and committee rooms. We work closely with Points of Contact.
