If your workout has become routine, why not shake it up with a Fast Class? These 15-minute sessions take place in Pulse are the perfect way to start or finish your normal gym workout.
Drop-ins are low-key activities in a relaxed environment. Sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience, and are free for members.
Our ActiveAge classes are the perfect blend of tailored exercise for mature adults and include aerobic exercise, body strengthening and muscle toning.

Group Strength Training will guide you through a periodised strength training programme over a five-week period to build functional strength and fitness.

How to book
To take part in our classes and activities, book your place in advance to guarantee your space.
Members can book online or at Stevenson Front Desk – classes up to 48 hours in advance, other activities up to seven days in advance.
Non-members can book at Stevenson Front Desk – classes up to 48 hours in advance, other activities up to seven days in advance.
Courses (e.g. Learn2) and special events can be booked further in advance.
