Hello everyone! I'm Carol, one of the three new Student Development Coaches on the Student Experience team here at the Business School. My primary focus is on supporting students within the Economics subject area.
I come to this role as a qualified Careers Adviser with a rich history in higher education. Most recently, I served as a lecturer and practice lead at the University of the West of Scotland, focusing on Career Guidance and Development. I've also worked in various roles across Scottish higher education institutions, and I'm a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
My goal is simple: to empower you to make the most of your time here, guiding you through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that can shape your career and professional development. I'm excited to help you carve out your unique path to success and can't wait to collaborate with you!
