Starting your Project

Activating your Award

Please send your award letter and associated documents to the Project Coordinator assigned to you by your College Research Support Office.

The College Research Support Office will verify the details of the award, process the award acceptance document and return it to the funder. If you want to change cost allocations or any other changes please notify the College Research Support Office.

The details of the award will be added to the University's finance system (Agresso) and a Project Code will be emailed to you.

If you are new to the University and have brought a research grant with you, please contact your College Research Support Office and they will guide you through the process.

Ethical Approval

Ethics approval is essential for all clinical or non-clinical research involving human participants. The Project Coordinator assigned to you by your College Research Support Office will guide you through the internal ethics approval procedure.
