Your Advising Appointment

The Arts Advising team will invite you to a face-to-face advising appointment. You will receive an email invitation for a seesion which will be held between 2 and 16 September.  Our Advisers will review your curriculum and will advise you of any necessary changes.

This email will go to your University of Glasgow email address, so please look at your university inbox regularly. You will be able to access this once you have been issued with your Glasgow Unique Identifier (GUID). GUIDs allow you access to university IT services and are issued when you are invited to register as a student. You will recieve an email (to your personal email address) with details about your advising appointment.

You will also be offered the opportunity to attend a College of Arts induction session on Monday 12 September.  At this event you will be able to meet the Chief Adviser, staff from the College of Arts, and get information on wider University Services.  You will be able to ask any questions about the academic community to which you belong, and any study-related issues which may be of concern to you. Your induction session will last about one hour. We will send further details of this session to you by email, so please look out for this.
