Yep, sign me up! What's the secret though?, we hear you say. Well, these are not the type of employers you would ordinarily think of when you say, "Arts graduate jobs".
Come and meet our mystery employers over some food and drink, challenge your expectations, who knows where it might end up...
1300 - 1345: Mystery Employer No.1: hear from an Arts graduate working in a "not the usual" job role. They will describe their job, the skills they use on a day-to-day basis and how their degree has empowered them. Can you guess who they work for?
1345 - 1430: Mystery Employer No.2: no, the first speaker was not an anomaly, the corporate world really does value Arts students.
1430 - 1530: Reflect on what you have heard. In your groups design a poster that illustrates how your experience at University has supported you to develop the key skills our mystery employers have discussed. Our mystery employers will give you feedback and set you on the path towards effective job applications.
1530 - 1600: Stay for pizza, a drink and some chat.
