Doors Open Days Festival 2020

About Glasgow's Doors Open Days Festival

Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival is an annual event celebrating the architecture, culture and heritage of this wonderful city. It is organised by Glasgow Building Preservation Trust, an independent charity that also works to rescue, repair and restore historic buildings at risk across the City.

For 2020, the first ever fully digital festival, the College of Arts has programmed a series of cultural events, tours and resources, opening the doors of the University of Glasgow through the arts and humanities. Working with several partners across the city, we have devised a programme that ranges from the poet Edwin Morgan’s student days, to the commemoration of difficult histories, to the connection between art, health and horticulture. Our hope is that there is an open door - and invitation - here for everyone.
