About Our Work
As the world moves towards a sustainable future, it seems many long standing social and legal institutions are faced with radical change. What was once unchangeable, now must change direction or even disappear. Shifts of these types will carry costs, economically and socially. This research cluster looks at the areas in which these changes are happening to observe, document, and will critique how these changes are taking place and how the allocation of the burdens are shaped.
