Our research teams develop new technologies and adapt existing instrumentation to provide improved measurement capabilities and new methodologies. We develop new instrumentation and are an early-adopter of new commercially available technology and act as test-bed for in-development hardware and software. This underpins our research capability and, via NERC Facilities and collaborations with University and industry partners, we provide research communities with early access to world-leading analytical capability and training.
