Our technical team have completed the development of all remaining features of the Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) and this is ready for release into the test environment.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) continues to progress well. The priority next week is bringing this and systems testing to a close so that the Delivery Board and Sponsor Group can approve release to the live environment.
We have now created personalised communication plans for our colleagues in the College of Arts. Each school has an initial timeline of activities.
The staff training content is now being reviewed and we will be refining our resources and documents over the next couple of weeks. Our proof-of-concept colleagues will be trialing these materials and giving us their feedback and any improvement suggestions, before we pass them on to our critical friends for their views.
Our web content will be updated over the course of the next two weeks as we progress in the project. We are creating a training webpage to ensure that all useful content and information is located in one place.
