User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is underway and progressing well for all 3 technical solutions: Moodle Enhancements, Student Dashboard & Course Grade Capture & Aggregation Tool.
Video demos of each solution have been recorded and we will begin to share these over the coming weeks as part of our communication and training activities.
We are finalising the staff training content for the Moodle Enhancements and Course Grade Aggregation Tool, and creating the student guide for the Student Dashboard. The next step will be to share the updated drafts with our critical friends and proof of concept colleagues to get feedback and any improvement suggestions.
We are working with colleagues in College of Arts and Collge of Social Sciences to create personalised communication plans for roll-out at School level.
