Martial arts is more than just learning self-defence and how to fight, it is about combining the mind, body and spirit together through physical and mental exercise.
Our Taekwondo syllabus combines traditional practice with the most up to date training methods, which are facilitated by instructor Master Nicholas Chee Miang Loh, ( MSc graduate in Sport & Exercise Science & Medicine) & Laura MacDougall (GB student representative).
We will teach you how to coordinate your whole body, exercise your brain and give you the opportunity to test your skills at national and club events. We hope through our training you will not only improve physically, but you will become a more confident, assertive and proactive individual as you progress through the Taekwondo ranks.
ITF students are welcome to practice at the club, however we strictly follow the World Taekwondo Federation system.
