We are an energetic club that offers a diverse workout to suit all. You will love the electric atmosphere and buzz from each training session.


  • Skipping - to increase stamina.
  • Punch Bags & Focus Pads - Learn to punch properly, from jabs and hooks, to upper cuts and body shots.
  • Circuit Training & Core Strength - take your body to the fitness level you desire.
  • Optional Sparring - take your skills into the ring. You will be given full protective kit and spar with other members.


Whether you want to simply try something new, compete as a University level boxer, or hang out with a great bunch of guys and gals on our regular nights out, come along to the Glasgow University Amateur Boxing Club (GUABC).
