If you're not a member, all you need is a Day Pass for entry.

Club/Event Bookings
If you wish to arrange a facility booking for a professional or amateur club, or one-off event, please complete a facility booking request form.
Facility Hire Terms & Conditions
- All bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance
- Cancellations must be made by phone or in person, and we require:
- Stevenson Building — a minimum of 24 hours notice for rearrangement/refund
- Garscube Sports Complex — a minimum of 48 hours notice for rearrangement/refund
- All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking
- Charging individuals during facility bookings is not permitted
- All Garscube pitch bookings include warm-up, cool-down and half-time break
