Issuing Campus Cards to online students - proposed process

1. Single process to apply in all Colleges/Schools

2. Registry will change the card filter to only pick up fully registered students (to omit the process of having to check the records in My Campus before posting out cards). Campus cards will only be sent to fully registered students.

3. Registry will send a file to the Card Bureau five times per year, and Bureau will post cards direct to student’s home address as it appears on MyCampus at the time the file is run.

Proposed postal schedule:

  • End of August
  • End of September
  • End of October
  • December - Before Christmas vacation (to pick up January starts)
  • Mid/End January

4. Online students who complete registration after a card run will receive their campus card in the next scheduled card run (i.e. it is not the intention to operate an on-demand service).

5. If a School wants an exception to this schedule we can send the Campus Card to them in order for them to send it to the student.
