Change Network Event at Kelvin Hall

As part of the World-Changing Glasgow Transformation Programme, the University is building a network of Change Ambassadors who will help transform our institution.

On Tuesday, 18 June, Senior Vice-Principal and Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Neal Juster and Chief Transformation Officer Chris Green hosted an exciting event for around 100 of the 300 Change Ambassadors from across the institution.‌‌‌Change network 650

The event at Kelvin Hall focused on the University strategy and the feedback from colleagues who attended the Pearce Lodge engagement events.

The University welcomed guest speaker Trace Peckett who highlighted the importance of staff being at the heart of sustainable change.

Professor Juster discussed how our Transformation strategy and the University strategy are linked, and Chris Green and Director of Business Change Emma Pickard spoke with transparency and passion about the opportunity that lies ahead.

The key message from the leaders was that the University must grasp the opportunity quickly, and ensure our staff and students help shape the future of the institution.

The World-Changing Glasgow Transformation team are delighted that so many colleagues came along to show support and provide ideas. The next step is to create some practical solutions and work with staff to implement the ideas.
