Counselling & Wellbeing at UofG provides a range of support to help you manage you mental health and build strategies that will help you successfully complete your course of study.
Support is provided for a range of issues and severity, to ensure that you feel supported in a way that works for you. You can learn more about the various support offerings available and how to access them below.

- Speaking to someone who has shared similar experiences can be helpful. You can make an appointment with one of our trained Student Listeners on their webpage.
- Attend a Counselling & Wellbeing group - a safe space where a small group of students meet regularly with two mental health practitioners to discuss their challenges and share peer experiences.
Need support for your mental health and wellbeing?
- Register with the Counselling & Wellbeing Service: if you'd like to speak to someone about your your mental health and wellbeing, register here for Counselling and Wellbeing support.
- Register with Disability Services: if you have a long-term mental or physical health condition, contact our Disability Services Team to discuss support options.
