Prof. Chris Warhurst (Director, Institute for Employment Research (IER), University of Warwick)
This session will consider issues to be considered when dealing with policy makers at different levels with Prof. Chris Warhurst, one of the world's leading experts on work and employment policy in the areas of job quality and skills. Chris has over two decades of experience working with the Scottish, UK and Australian governments and with international bodies such as the OECD. He has also published extensively in top-tier journals such as Work, Employment and Society, and Human Relations.

In this session, world-leading academics who have previously edited top journals in their field will give advice on the publishing process from the fields of Work and Employment and Education. There will be a chance to ask questions.
The second part of the session will offer an opportunity for Early Career Academics/PGR students to get feedback on a draft paper from Irena (or Simon/Scott Hurrell depending on demand and the areas covered).
