Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC)

The University of Glasgow is a consortium partner in the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC), which is led by the innovation foundation, Nesta. The PEC is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Glasgow’s contribution to the programme of work is focused on Intellectual Property Rights, Business Models and Content Regulation.

Two of the University’s centres are involved in this project, which will run until 2022. CREATe, the UK Copyright and Creative Economy Centre, is directed by Professor Martin Kretschmer, who is Principal Investigator. CCPR is represented in the work stream by Co-Investigators Professors Philip Schlesinger and Gillian Doyle.
