Who Can Apply

  • 18 years or older
  • Enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programme at an accredited institution in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or France
  • Studying nutrition, food science, chemistry, biology, dietetics, public health, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrates curiosity or involvement in gluten-free living, digestive health, or food innovation

  3. Food Label Clarity: Your proposed blueprint for clearer allergen and cross-contamination labelling across the EU, UK, and U.S.
  4. Inclusive Eating: A personal story or research-backed plan for making dining more inclusive for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
