ASBS Global Impact Scholarship
The Adam Smith Business School (ASBS) Global Impact Scholarship seeks to attract exceptional students from diverse backgrounds who aspire to make a meaningful difference in the world.
This award supports individuals who have demonstrated resilience, curiosity and a commitment to driving positive change through their academic and/or personal endeavours.
To be eligible applicants must:
- be a national from an eligible country
- hold a conditional or unconditional offer of a place for an eligible postgraduate taught programme for September 2026 entry
- demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to a UK 1st Class Hons degree
This scholarship is available for 1-year, full-time masters only. PgDips, PgCerts or MRes courses are not eligible.

How to apply
Applications for this scholarship will open shortly. Please register your interest to receive a notification e-mail.
This scholarship will be assessed in 2 rounds. The round deadlines are 23rd February 2026 and 18th May 2026 at 11:59AM.
Each round will contain 2 stages.
1st assessment stage: Your online application will be assessed and if successful, you will be invited to 2nd stage.
2nd assessment stage: You will be asked to submit a 2-minute video relating to Adam Smith Business School mission and values. Video submission deadlines are 2nd March or 26th May, depending on awarding round. We will provide alternative format submission for any applicants unable to provide a video response due to disability, access needs or other circumstances.
All eligible candidates will receive decisions by 6th March or 29th May 2026, depending on awarding round.
