Culture and behaviour

Regular feedback suggests that staff and students find IHW a good place to work/study and feel valued. We promote a positive workplace culture through a number of initiatives. These include Institute Director coffee mornings for new colleagues and promoting good email, office and online meeting etiquette. We support staff in bringing their dogs to work on occasion and highlight professional and personal achievements through our monthly newsletter, HAWKEYE.
