Oyin Peleyeju
My name is Oyin and I am a senior PhD student at the University of Glasgow, working in the Craig and Cavanagh labs. My project involves developing a new model of immune-mediated chronic neuroinflammation in mice to further investigate the impact inflammation has on depression-like behaviours in mice.
I completed my undergraduate at the University of Warwick in Neuroscience and then spent almost a year in the Netherlands working for a biotechnology company before deciding to pursue my PhD. Outside of my PhD, I like to go to the gym, read, and pole dance!
