The team have continued design and development of the Course Grade Capture and Aggregation Tool, including finalising the processes for recording grades and editing these where necessary, e.g. in the case of resits or good cause
The team are working on how to ensure students’ data is anonymous for markers, while remaining visible to administrative staff
Following conversations with students and colleagues on the best names for the resources we’re developing, we now have a new working name for the tool for students to access all their assessment and feedback information: “Student Dashboard: Assessment and Feedback”. We will refer to the tool as the Student Dashboard in most cases to keep things nice and simple!
We have continued our regular meetings with our second proof-of-concept group, and roll-out teams from the Colleges and University Services. These sessions have helped us ensure that what we’re working on is still fit for purpose, and on track
We have finished our first round of consultations with the different Schools to make sure we understand everyone’s requirements for the solution. Consultations will be ongoing throughout the whole project
Work has continued on developing our training and guidance resources, to make sure that everyone is well-supported in using the tools once they’re live
