- This week we've been able to demonstrate the latest design of the solution with our College team members and the wider WCGT team. Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback on the look and feel!
- Our Delivery Board met on 11th December to review our progress, discuss next steps for when we return in January, and provide feedback on any issues and risks.
- Rollout planning continues, and the latest information has now been shared with our College Working Groups. The input of these groups has helped us understand staff training numbers better.
- We are now working on a plan for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training materials. We know how important it is that everyone has the support they need to use the new tools correctly, so we continue to work with our pilot group to get feedback on our ideas and plans.
- To make sure that each school is ready to begin training and use the new solution, we are developing a readiness checklist so that everyone involved feels comfortable and confident.
