IT information for new staff
By accepting your contract at the University you have agreed to the Regulations & Code of Conduct for the use of IT facilities.
Usernames and password
- Visit the Usernames page to find out more about registering your GUID (Glasgow Unique IDentifier), your password and accessing University online services.
- Staff members who have not yet started working at the University but who require access to Moodle must be issued with a standard GUID to gain access to Moodle. Guest accounts are not used to create temporary access accounts for new members of staff until a GUID is issued.
