Online Training Modules
There are two online training modules to support you through the PDR process.
An Introduction to PDR explains the benefits of PDR to the individual and the organisation and provides an overview of the key elements of the process. A successful PDR depends upon both reviewer and reviewee understanding the process and being fully prepared. Enrolment key: intropdr2

Workshops for PDR Reviewers or Line Managers 2025
To book a course, please log into the HR Self Service Portal. Select the Learning and Development option (look for the mortarboard icon) and search by category or course name. Once booked, your line manager will be prompted to approve your request.
