Computing Science (joint degree with SIT)

Computing science is the study of information, computation and computational thinking. It is wide-ranging, from programming, programming languages and engineering large software systems, to the design and evaluation of human/computer interfaces, algorithms, computer and network systems, and information retrieval and storage systems.

This programme will provide you with a deep understanding of the theory and practice of computing and give you the opportunity to study a broad range of computer science topics. The programme encourages independent study habits that will stand you in good stead throughout your professional career.
