Research interests

I am a PhD student in the School of Psychology. My PhD is funded by the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS), and in collaboration with the Stroke Association. My main research interests are Sleep and Stroke.

Currently I am interested in behavioural interventions for insomnia following a stroke, with specific focus on those utilising the behavioural components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI).

Previously I have held interests in the neuropsychiatric symptoms of dementia; both academically and professionally.
