Research interests


I am a lecturer at the School of Psychology interested in sleep and circadian disturbances and more specifically insomnia and the development of insomnia tailored interventions.

Main research interests:

- insomnia following stroke and traumatic brain injury, including interventions

- association of psychological and personality factors with sleep wake disturbances and insomnia and more specifically coping mechanisms and self-esteem.

-sleep and mental health in undergraduate students and postgraduate researchers: prevention, provision and ways of creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
