Support Staff Availability
Our Teaching and Research support staff are on hand to assist you. Please note their working patterns below:
Angela Eden, Head of Professional Services – fulltime, on campus 3 days per week (variable days depending on meeting commitments)
Jenny Anderson, Research Group Administrator in the IGR – fulltime, on campus Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Jill Borland, Research Group Administrator for PPE and PPT and Graduate School Administrator, works Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, on campus 3 days per week (variable days depending on meeting commitments). Note: please direct all Graduate School enquiries to phas-graduateschool@glasgow.ac.uk
Jane Foxall, PA to HoS and HoPs & School Administrator – Works Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, on campus 3 days a week (variable days depending on meeting commitments)
Tanya Furniss, Transactions Hub Finance Assistant – works Monday to Friday, usually on campus two days a week (variable days depending on meeting commitments).
Jill Sambrook, PPE Group and GridPP Project Administrator (part-time), works Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, on campus 1 day per week (variable days depending on meeting commitments) – on maternity leave until W/B 16th October
Carmen Elliott, Research Group Administrator in the IGR (part-time). On campus Mondays 8:45-16:45 and Tuesdays 8:45-16:45; works from home on Wednesdays 9am-12:30pm
Esther Medina, Research Group Administrator for A&A, NHP and QT, works on campus Mondays 9am to 5.30pm, and on campus Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12.30 to 5.30pm. Contact at:phas-rga@glasgow.ac.uk
Lucy Murray, Research Group Administrator for ICG, MCMP, Optics and XL, works on campus Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Teaching Support Team (TST), The TST office in room 515b is open from 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday (except late April to early June due to the main exam diet). At least one member of the team will be available there each day.
Please note that during these hours, the whole TST can be contacted via phas-teachingsupport@glasgow.ac.uk.
Although the team are working on a hybrid basis please note that during our core working hours we are easily contactable on Teams and/or e-mail. In-person meetings can be arranged as required.
