SMLC's new Student Employability Ambassadors created exciting events for the School's students in 2020.

SMLC’s three new student School Employability Ambassadors (SEAs) have been busy throughout this academic year putting together monthly newsletters and a range of online events to support employability within SMLC. Ernest Shiu, Hannah Gray and James Proctor have brought current SMLC students together with industry professionals to share expertise, experiences and insights. Events have included Laura Brown, the Scottish Government's Social Media Manager, talking about Marketing in Scotland, a ‘Crack that Code’ translation workshop, and a crash course in how to maximize LinkedIn by Ann Duff, the University's Career Adviser.
