Representations of rational Cherednik algebras

Abstract
In this talk I shall present the rational Cherednik algebra and it's little brother the restricted rational Cherednik algebra. I shall show that it's representation theory can provide information about the corresponding "generalised Calogero-Moser space". This allows us to prove or disprove the existence of symplectic resolutions for certain symplectic varieties.
