Abstract
in Silico simulation play a very important role in the research and development of innovative medical devices. With the development of artificial intelligence, in silico simulation has evolved into digital twin. It can not only be used for the optimized design of devices but also for evaluating their performance, partially replacing animal experiments and clinical trials. This report mainly introduces three applications of in silico simulation in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular devices, including: the selection of intracranial aneurysm Endosaccular flow disruption device, structural optimization of aortic stent graft, and surgical planning for transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
