Abstract

In this talk, I will demonstrate a systematic approach adopted by project teams within the Alan Turing Institute for assuring data-driven technologies, such as machine learning, digital twins, and artificial intelligence. This approach, known as Trustworthy and Ethical Assurance, is currently being used by two EPSRC-funded projects, across the domains of healthcare and aviation, and has also been highlighted by the UK's Department of Science, Innovation, and Technology as a method for building part of the UKs AI Assurance Ecosystem.
