Abstract

Starting with general picture of hamiltonian reduction from symplectic geometry we will recall how integrable systems could be constructed via hamiltonian reduction. Then we discuss the particular case of open non-relativistic Toda chains for classical root systems, we also show how the dual systems, in the Ruijsenaars' sense, can be computed from the hamiltonian reduction. If time permits, we also discuss relativistic Toda chain case and relations with other dualities in integrable system.
