Baxter Q-operators in Ruijsenaars systems

Abstract
Baxter operators in integrable theories are certain nonlocal operators performing an effective diagonalization of Hamiltonians. We define, study and apply them in Ruijsenaars hyperbolic system. The latter can be regarded as a hyperbolic counterpart of Macdonald theory of symmetric functions.
