Abstract
The new continuum model formulated by Pedley and Kessler in 1990 for a dilute gyrotactic deep suspension of swimming microorganisms is generalized to two species with assuming that none of these species interacts with each other's or produce any chemicals that are harmful to each other's. The linear stability is investigated using individual Fourier modes.
