Most of this talk will be an overview of abstract homotopy theory (also known as homotopical algebra/categorical homotopy theory), discussing how the notions of Quillen model categories and their localizations permit a general framework for comparing and relating "homotopy theories". We will illustrate the ideas in the context of a particular presentation, as internal categories, of topological homotopy n-types.
