Quantum Hamiltonian Reduction

In this talk I shall try to explain how one can use the idea of quantum Hamiltonian reduction to relate the representation theory of certain interesting non-commutative algebras with D-module. This allows one to apply some of the powerful tools in the theory of D-modules, such as the Riemann-Hilbert correspondence, to the study of these algebras.
